Loved It! What a great spot! The food was super tasty, and the portions were just right. The vibe of the place is really nice – relaxed, but with a cool energy. Very nice place to eat venison during hunting season, eclectic interior and decent service. It can get quite busy at times so usually a good idea to call ahead

Afspanning De Jaeger is a special place, you have to experience on the terrace in summer or the authentic interior with statues inside in winter. The cheese croquet as starter was great, the schrimp croquet was tastless, dry and didnt have schrimps at all. As main course I had fish, which was well prepared. It is annoying to hear the staff phone all the time ringing or have them seated with their phone close to you. Will go back, but the place needs better management.
